1. General

1.1 By use of this site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1.2 Quorum Training makes every effort to allow uninterrupted access to the website, but access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at anytime.

1.3 Quorum Training reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website at any time.

2. Logos

2.1 The copying and use of the Quorum Training logo, and other Quorum Training related logos, is not permitted without prior approval of Quorum Training. Permission requests should be directed to the Design Department, Quorum Training. Please inform us who you are, the organisation you represent and how and why you wish to use the logo. Please include your contact details.

3. User name and password

3.1 For access to certain areas of the website you have to register with Quorum Training. The user name and password you supply during registration are personal to you and are not transferable.

3.2 Your user name and password are methods used by Quorum Training to identify you and so are extremely important. You are responsible for any information posted on the website by anyone using your user name and password and any payments due for products and services accessed through the website by anyone using your username and password. If you believe your user name or password have been compromised Quorum Training should be notified immediately.

4. Privacy

4.1 Quorum Training monitors all site traffic but only to the extent appropriate to help us achieve our goal of providing a site that meets or exceeds the needs of our customers. It does not collect individual user details unless a user voluntary submits such information. Quorum Training does not share that information with outside sources, and is committed to keeping such information confidential.

6. Virus protection

6.1 Quorum Training makes every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It is always wise for users to run an anti virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet.

6.2 Quorum Training cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to you data or computer system which may occur whilst using or down-loading material from the Quorum Training website.

7. Reciprocal links

7.1 A reciprocal link means there is a link from one website to another and vice versa. Quorum Training’s website may provide some reciprocal links. It is Quorum Training policy to obtain permission to link to other websites. Quorum Training is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked website and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing should not be taken as endorsement of any kind. Quorum Training cannot guarantee that these links will work at all times. Quorum Training has no control over the availability of the linked pages.

8. Termination

8.1 Quorum Training may terminate your access to the website and the services within it without prior notice for breach of any of the listed terms and conditions. Access will also be terminated if payment is not received within ten working days of the sixty-day letter being issued for outstanding goods and services.

8.2 Quorum Training may also terminate your access to the website without prior notice to you where:

a) an event occurs which is beyond our reasonable control or that of our infrastructure provider which in either case prevents Quorum Training from continuing the service.

b) you have ceased to trade, have become insolvent, or entered into administration, or Quorum Training has a well-founded belief that any of these is likely to apply.

8.3 You may terminate your use of the service at any time by giving Quorum Training notice of termination. You may give notice by email or in writing.

How to book

There are various ways to make a booking request; by completing the booking form in the brochure, calling our enrolments team on 0844 873 2121 or online at https://www.quorumtraining.com. Please note that bookings are processed ‘subject to availability’ and therefore by making a booking request you are not guaranteed a place on the event. You will be notified by email within 48 hours once the booking request has been processed.


For online bookings, an email confirming your receipt of your booking request will be sent to your enrolment or main contact within 48 hours of receipt of your request. If you have not received an email confirmation within this time please contact us. All other bookings will be confirmed by email within 48 hours.


No refund will be made where cancellation is received less than 14 days before the date of the event. All other cancellations will be subject to a £50 plus VAT administration charge. All cancellations must be in writing.


If you wish to transfer and attend an alternative venue or date, 14 days’ notice must be given in writing. No refunds or transfers will be accepted outside the 14 days’ notice. 

Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued within 14 days of confirmation of your booking. Our payment terms are 30 days. Quorum Training reserves the right to refuse admittance to customers who have not yet paid. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. If you elected to pay by credit card at the time of making your booking request, the invoice will clearly show ‘Payment received’.

Joining instructions

These will be sent by email before the date of the event you are booked on.

Course documentation

Course documentation is distributed at the time of the event.

Important Notice

On occasion it may be necessary to change an aspect of an event and notification of such changes will be made to you by telephone or email. Quorum reserves the right to cancel any event and for any reason. In the unlikely event we need to cancel and your request cannot be fulfilled you will be issued with a credit note and we will contact you with an alternative date for the course. Quorum will not be held responsible for any transport or other out of pocket expenses incurred by you in relation to a cancelled event.

Online Seminar Terms and Conditions

  1. Quorum Training will send you a link, together with login details and password, to access the live online seminar in the joining instructions for the event.
  2. Quorum Training will have no liability and is not obliged to waive the live online seminar fee if you cannot access the live online seminar due to firewalls, other hardware or software issues within your organisation or failure of any system used by you. Your joining instructions will include a link to a test page to test in advance to test that your systems can receive the live online seminars and it is your responsibility to check that the link works on your system.
  3. Quorum Training will send you a link to the recording of the live online seminar after the live event which will be available to view online for a limited period.
  4. You consent to allow us to monitor the number of computers which access the live online seminar and their IP addresses in order to ensure that the access URL has not been distributed beyond those entitled to view the live online seminar pursuant to these terms.
  5. Quorum Training reserves all copyrights in the live online seminars and all materials and recordings associated with them, and no licence is hereby granted for you or others in your organisation to copy or distribute, or for you to permit viewing by others, whether in your organisation or otherwise and whether as a commercial activity or otherwise, the live online seminar, any recording of it, or the materials associated with it, including all links to such recordings and materials that may be sent you.
  6. CPD in relation to all live and recorded online seminars accrues only to the delegate who has booked on the live event or ordered the recording and no licence is hereby granted to permit other than the delegate to view any live seminar or recording.
  7. Quorum Training sometimes offers the recording of a previously broadcast live online seminar for sale to those who have not viewed the live event. If you purchase such a recording you will receive a link to view it online up until the date specified, after which the recording will no longer be available to view.
  8. The content of recorded online live seminars is the content as at the time of recording and neither We nor its presenters are liable for any errors or omissions in that content.

The provisions of Paragraphs 5 and 6 above apply equally to links to and material within recorded online seminars.

This clause sets out the responsibilities of Mercia Group Ltd (‘the Provider’), and the Customer in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation and any other applicable data protection law (Data Protection Law). Any terms or words defined in Data Protection Law and used in this clause relating to personal data shall have the meaning set out in Data Protection Law. Where the Provider processes any personal data in relation to services or products covers by these Terms and Conditions, it does so as a data controller on its own behalf (including in order to comply with its obligations and exercise its rights under this agreement), and shall comply with Data Protection Law in respect of such processing. Where the Customer provides any personal data in relation to this agreement, it warrants that it does so in compliance with Data Protection Law and that the Provider may, under Data Protection Law, process such data as required or anticipated by this agreement, and the Customer shall be responsible for any costs, losses or expenses the Provider incurs or suffers as a result of breach of such warranty.

Where the Customer provides the names, contact details, or other personal data in relation to attendees at a sponsored event, the Customer authorises the Provider to share this information with sponsors, stallholders and other commercial partners involved in the event, in order for them to operate the event, send direct marketing to those attendees, and as otherwise required by them. Those third parties are acting as data controllers in their own right, and the Customer should refer to the privacy policies of those relevant third parties if it has any questions or concerns over their use of such information. The Provider is not responsible for, and shall not be liable in any way in respect of, such third parties’ use of personal data.
